1.2. Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days depending on size of order (weekends and holidays are excluded). Processing times are separate from the shipping time frame you choose at checkout.

2.1.  Shipping Carriers: We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders. As of March 1, 2024, we exclusively ship with UPS. Please keep in mind that due to the upcoming holidays, shipping carriers can sometimes delay packages due to their workload.

2.2 Package Insurance: Thanks 2 Blanks HIGHLY recommends that you add package insurance during checkout at the stated cost. This guarantees your order will be replaced if it is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. The claim will be investigated and documentation will be requested before a new order is shipped. 

2.3. Shipping Options: During checkout, you can select from available shipping options, which may include standard, expedited, or express shipping, depending on your location. 

2.4. Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location, selected shipping method, and product availability. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Our processing times and turn around times are separate from shipping times.

2.5. Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via the communication method selected at checkout containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

2.6. International Shipping: Thanks 2 Blanks may offer international shipping to select destinations. Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees, such as customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3.1. Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including the shipping method, destination, order weight, and size. You will see the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

3.2. Free Shipping: Thanks 2 Blanks currently offers free shipping on orders $200+, and may run a special from time to time.

3.3. Shipping Delays: Thanks 2 Blanks is committed to meeting estimated delivery times; however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or high-demand periods.

3.4. Shipping Communication: In the event of a significant shipping delay, Thanks 2 Blanks will make every effort to communicate updates to affected customers.

3.5 Package Insurance: Thanks 2 Blanks HIGHLY recommends that you add package insurance during checkout at the stated cost. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we make no guarantees that the additional accommodations can be made.
