Refund policy
All items have a very specific details. All items are shipped with appropriate packing material. We do not accept returns based on lack of understanding of the decorating process. We do not accept returns on any products that have be used. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages incurred by the carrier. These claim must be submitted by the customer to the carrier to be rectified.
Transfers (All Styles): We have a no refund policy for all styles of transfers. Orders many not be modified nor cancelled once they are placed. If there is a flaw in the transfer (alignment or print), please email us at within 3 days of delivery to info@thanks2blanks.com with the concern and pictorial proof. We will respond within 24 hours to discuss next steps of a replacement.
Missing Items: All customers have 3 days from delivery to notify us if there are missing transfers from an order. Proof of missing transfer must be shown. Upon receipt of the packing error, we will resend the missing transfer.
All items sold by Thanks 2 Blanks are NOT a completed project. You must use the blanks or transfers purchased to make a final product. We are not responsible for human error in regards to application. All items sold are rigorously test before being released to the public.
Artwork: Custom DTF transfers upload should be print ready. Print ready definition can be found on the item listing. Uploads are printed as is. We are not responsible for non print ready uploads. We do not make artwork modifications without an artwork fee. When an artwork fee is paid, we modify the design, provide a proof for approval and then produce.
